Description

This 2″ offset filter head housing extension is ONLY FOR dual rear frame mounted CAT fuel filter conversion kits on trucks that are either a Mega Cab or have the 52 gallon tank (GRD67CM3018 & GRD67CM3019). This extension block will give you enough clearance from the frame rail as well as offsetting it 1/2″ from the 52 gallon tank. If you have any questions please give us a call!!
