Our 6.7 Cummins Fuel Filter Conversion includes a large list of features to set it apart from the pack! The billet aluminum filter head bolts directly into the same place as the factory filter and features return ports to connect the factory hard return lines for a clean install. Because our filter mounts below the deck of the engine block this allows our fuel filter set up to be used with a side draft intake and also will work with most dual fueler kits! It has an extra AN-8 Oring port to supply fuel to a second injection pump and a 1/8”npt port to test or monitor fuel pressure. Our unit includes a quick connect fuel supply adapter to make a seamless install to the factory fuel supply line or your aftermarket fuel system. We also include a 1/2” fuel supply line and upgraded high flow fuel inlet fitting to connect to your factory CP3 and of course a new CAT fuel filter.
There are 2 filter options to choose from below. For anyone wanting to keep a water separator or for 2010-2012 trucks that do not have a factory water separator mounted under the chassis by the rear axle, we do offer a CAT 3 micron fuel filter/ water separator as an option.

Each intake features 2 – 1/8″ NPT threaded holes to connect a boost gauge and or injectables. The center hole is tapped for the factory IAT sensor. This is the perfect item for shops that like to build their own turbo kits or the “do it yourself” welder that has his own project. This is designed to work with S300 or S400 type turbos, not factory VNT type.
